So I had to cut certain model parts in half, copy, mirror and sew them together. Then I saw that both legs, arms are asymmetrical because of exaggerated action pose. I had to manually rig and redo whole positioning of each polygon (fingers were crushed because of fist pose, so I had to manually restore the possible past position of each polygon.)

I only fixed the model and ported it, but the knowledge I gained is thanks to many people both directly and indirectly. Thanks to some people who gave me directions from who I need to learn - I was able to port him into Gmod.
